We have all read about disgusting peer bullying in schools etc etc. But there is a new one: what about teacher bullying in the classroom or outside it?
This teacher bullying results in a student being discouraged,not nurtured poor grades and a negative learning experience;completely at odds with how we should be educating.
I believe this is a pervasive issue that is not "called on" in our present system.There is minimal accountability of the teacher and union protection for the teacher that does not assist in remedying the problem
Students are mostly held accountable but there is really nothing there to protect.
I have personal examples that I could share but will wait for some other blogs to get the discussion going,
